Home Warranty Customers: If you have placed a work order with your home warranty company, you will need to contact them to upgrade the work order for emergency service at no extra charge. In the event you do not meet the guidelines set by your home warranty company for emergency service, but would like to have emergency service, you will be charged an upfront fee of $250 in addition to the deductible required by your home warranty company.
